Job Purpose - Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and effective lifecycle management of enterprise systems across both on-premises and cloud environments. The role oversees the administration and maintenance of servers, virtualization platforms, storage infrastructure, directory services, and core business applications to support seamless business operations. The position also plays a critical role in strengthening system security, ensuring operational resilience, supporting disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives, and maintaining compliance with organizational IT policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Purpose - Senior Engineer - Infrastructure

The ICT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management of the organization’s core ICT infrastructure. This includes data center systems, compute and storage platforms, virtualization environments, networking infrastructure, cloud and hybrid services, backup and disaster recovery solutions, as well as security controls. The role ensures the delivery of highly available, secure, scalable, and high-performing technology services while maintaining compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The position also supports business continuity, digital transformation initiatives, and the achievement of strategic technology objectives.

Job Purpose - Network Administrator

The Network Administrator is responsible for providing network administration and technical support services to ensure the effective operation of the organization’s network and hardware infrastructure. The role involves installing, configuring, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and hardware equipment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, availability, and security. The position also supports the implementation of network security controls, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities to safeguard business operations and maintain compliance with organizational ICT standards.

Job Purpose - Head Of Infrastructure

The Head of ICT Infrastructure is responsible for leading and transforming the bank’s enterprise technology infrastructure to ensure the highest levels of availability, resilience, security, scalability, and performance across all IT platforms. The role oversees the development and management of a robust, secure, and future-ready infrastructure environment that supports business operations, digital banking services, and strategic growth objectives. The position plays a key role in driving technology modernization initiatives, strengthening operational resilience, enhancing cybersecurity, and ensuring alignment of infrastructure capabilities with the bank’s transformation agenda, regulatory requirements, and Tier-1 growth ambitions.
