Volunteer / Student Attache -Law Firm 2 Positions

Tenure: 3 Months (with the potential of absorption/retention based on individual merit and firm requirements).

Are you interested in gaining real-world legal experience before you even graduate? 

We are looking for proactive 3rd Year Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) students to gain experience in a vibrant, medium-sized law firm environment. You will dive right into the heart of practice by gettig hands-on exposure to Kenyan conveyancing, commercial law, and litigation practice. 

If you are eager to turn your legal knowledge into practical skill, this is your opportunity to jumpstart your legal career. 

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting legal research on Kenyan statutes, case law.

• Assist in drafting basic legal documents and opinion briefs.

• Organize client files, legal correspondence, and maintain electronic and physical archiving systems.

• Support daily legal administrative tasks as assigned.

Specifications and Qualifications

• 3rd Year Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a reputable university.

Key Competencies

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite 

• Excellent Communication Skills 

• High level of integrity and confidentiality, 

• Punctuality, strong attention to detail, 

• Willingness to learn.
