About the Client

Our client in the hospitality industry is looking to hire a Waitress who is professional, customer-focused, and enthusiastic.
The person in this role will be responsible for providing an excellent dining experience and maintaining the brand’s high service standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for diners.

- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner.

- Suggest bakery items, drinks, and special offers to help increase sales.

- Use the POS/ERP system to handle payments accurately.

- Keep up with high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and personal hygiene.

- Ensure that food and product displays are appealing, well-stocked, and neatly arranged.

- Address customer questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Be professional, energetic, and a good team player.

- Carry out opening and closing tasks as per company guidelines.


Qualifications and Requirements

- A certificate or diploma in hospitality, food and beverage service, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience as a waitress in a well-known bakery, café, restaurant, or hospitality venue.

- Strong customer service and communication abilities.

- Professional appearance with a friendly and positive demeanor.

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

- Experience with a Point of Sale (POS)/ERP system is a plus.

- Good teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
