The successful candidate will take ownership of aircraft inventory and the wider supply chain network, with responsibility for optimizing stock, managing important vendor relationships, and maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.

What you’ll be responsible for

The role centers on keeping aircraft materials available and the supply chain operating efficiently. You will lead efforts to optimize aircraft inventory while ensuring the fleet has the appropriate parts available at the required time and location.

A major part of the position involves managing high-value vendor partnerships. This requires strong relationship management alongside close attention to operational requirements and supply performance.

You will also oversee warehousing activities and help ensure that materials and logistics processes meet the rigorous safety standards expected within an airline environment.

The experience we’re looking for

You should have:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

• Relevant industry certifications.

• More than 5 years of experience in an airline materials and logistics environment.

• Experience managing vendor relationships.

• Expertise in warehousing and aircraft supply chain operations.

The right person will combine strategic thinking with a strong understanding of the practical demands of airline materials management. This is a role where inventory decisions, supplier performance, warehouse operations, and safety requirements all connect directly to fleet reliability.
