JOB PURPOSE
Ensure accurate quotations for new transport business by working closely with third-party service providers.
Keep all documentation related to distribution activities organized, easy to access, and in compliance with regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Hold a diploma in business-related subjects or another relevant qualification.
Have experience with document filing, archiving, or logistics documentation.
Show strong attention to detail and analytical skills to spot errors in transport documents.
Be able to work well in a team and coordinate with different departments.
Be skilled in using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as transport management software such as SOLOPLAN and Telematics.
