Web & Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate practical experience and strong knowledge in the following areas:

• Designing and developing professional websites.

• Producing graphics, illustrations, and other visual content for digital and print use.

• Creating social media artwork and digital marketing assets.

• Keeping up with current web design practices, technologies, and industry tools.

• Using Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop and Illustrator, alongside other relevant design software.

• Creating responsive websites with intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Developing corporate branding materials such as company profiles, brochures, presentations, and promotional assets.

• Producing polished, high-resolution artwork suitable for both online publication and professional printing.

Web Design Skills

• Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

• Basic understanding of JavaScript.

• Ability to create layouts that work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Experience building and customizing WordPress websites.

• Familiarity with Elementor or comparable website page-building platforms.

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and effective interface design.

• Ability to structure clear website navigation and improve the overall user experience.

• Experience designing effective landing pages.

• Knowledge of techniques used to improve website loading speed and performance.

• Basic understanding of SEO and Google indexing.

• Ability to create and manage website forms, contact features, and third-party integrations.

• Basic knowledge of web hosting, domains, and DNS configuration.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• Ability to maintain, edit, and update existing websites.

Graphic Design Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.

• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign.

• Experience using Canva for design production.

• Ability to develop logos and complete corporate visual identities.

• Design experience with brochures and company profiles.

• Ability to produce flyers, posters, business cards, and stationery.

• Experience designing product catalogues.

• Ability to create engaging graphics for social media platforms.

Social Media Design

The candidate should be capable of developing platform-specific visual content for:

• Instagram

• Facebook

• LinkedIn

• YouTube thumbnails

• TikTok

• WhatsApp marketing campaigns

• Google Ads and display advertising

Essential Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in web and graphic design.

• Strong WordPress development and customization skills.

• Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Experience with responsive website development.

• Good understanding of UI/UX design.

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

• Experience creating logos and corporate branding.

• Strong social media design capabilities.

• Experience producing brochures and company profile materials.

• Basic SEO knowledge.

• Basic video editing skills.
